KLC Financial, Inc an established and a fast-growing equipment finance company is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to fill a Business Development Associate position. The ideal candidate will have 1- 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or other professional work experiences. They must have a proven track record of successful achievements whether in business, academics, athletics, or other special interests. This person must want to work in a team environment and be driven to help the success of the team, while also growing personally.
This individual will be responsible for helping the sales team in various roles from customer support, administrative duties, as well as developing customer relationships with new and existing customers. The right candidate should be a driven self-starter, always looking for more opportunities to learn and improve. In this position, the individual will be asked to put on multiple hats and deal with a few different aspects of the business. This will help with development and understanding of the business. A list of keys that would lead to success are organization, timely and accurate task completion, and the creative ability to be able to talk to anyone that could assist with growing the business.
