KLC Financial is bringing all account servicing in-house. With this change, we are implementing a new servicing environment for all equipment financing borrowers.  You will see more improvements when managing and repaying in the coming year. These changes will eventually allow you to fully manage your equipment financing/leasing on klcfinancial.com. The first changes will happen starting in September 2024, and the rest will happen in stages over the next few months.

New Account Servicing Contact Information

Starting in September 2024, some account servicing operations will begin being transferred from our external partner to a new KLC Financial account servicing team.  This change will help create faster response times and further eliminate any billing errors. All customer service and collections operations will be transferred to the following:

New Merchant Name on Bank Statement Transaction

Starting in September 2024, all ACH transaction naming will change from “Contract Care” to “KLC FINANCIAL” on your bank account. The general description will change to “PAYMENTS.” 

For all California borrowers, all ACH Transaction naming will change from “Contract Care” to “GULF COAST BANK”, the parent entity for KLC Financial, on your bank account.
