Leah Kutsch

Leah Kutsch joined the KLC team in 2022 as a Credit Analyst. Prior to KLC, Leah spent three years at a national bank working as a financial analyst and middle-market underwriter within the equipment leasing and financing industry. As a detail-oriented and ambitious individual, Leah brings a dynamic ability to seek out new learning opportunities and uses her experience within commercial credit and collections to overcome challenges and mitigate risks. In 2024, Leah was promoted to Credit Manager.

Since joining the team, she has earned her Certified Lease and Financial Professional (CLFP) designation. Leah graduated from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, majoring in Finance with a minor in Risk & Insurance Management and Spanish Studies.

In her free time, Leah enjoys traveling, being active and outdoors, going to concerts, teaching yoga, trying out new recipes, reading, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Brewer.
