KLC Financial Announces the Hiring of New Team Members

 

KLC Financial is pleased to announce many new additions to their team. The growth in personnel reflects KLC Financials’ commitment to enhancing its service offerings and furthers solidifying its position in the industry. With their diverse experiences and expertise, KLC is confident that these new hires will be great contributors to the continued success and growth of the company.

Credit and Collections:

Dan Gorder joined the KLC Team as a Credit Analyst. Dan has an extensive as both a Credit Analyst and Small Business Underwriter, an owner and operator of his own company, and experience as a case manager for a local law firm in Anoka, MN.

 

Mainhia (Mai) Moua and Seth Felts joined the KLC team as Collection Specialists. Mainhia comes to us from Allina Health where she worked in accounts receivable collections for 16 years. Seth collaborates with other departments and customers to resolve collections issues and plays a crucial role in effectively managing collections processes.

 

Sales & Marketing:

Mike Cunningham joined KLC Team as the Marketing Manager. Mike brings 15 years of experience in marketing in many different industries and has a talent for understanding customer needs and translating them into effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

 

Karley Grandell and Cody Robak joined the KLC Team as Account Managers. Karley supports our sales team in maintaining customer relationships and has over 3 years of administrative experience and 15 years of customer service experience. Cody most recently worked in Customer service and brings valuable skills that will help support our sales team and customers.

 

Accounting:

Joie Furuseth joined the KLC accounting team as an Accounting Supervisor. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience in Equipment Financing and oversees the financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with account standards.

 

Ashley Sauter and Jerry Vang joined the KLC team in the Accounts Payable Department. Ashely came to KLC from a community bank with experience in accounts payable, loan servicing, and online banking. Jerry previously worked in a position where he worked on payables, purchase orders, and expense reports.

 

Operations:

Arianna Valena-Nelson joined the KLC team as Customer Experience Manager. She brings 12 years of experience in equipment finance, 19 years of customer service experience, and will be leading our Customer Experience Team.

 

Kelli Hall joined KLC as an executive assistant. Kelli has years of experience as an administrative assistant and will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
