Brett Sorensen

Brett started at KLC Financial in January 2023 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing where he oversees the Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and Capital Markets functions. Prior to KLC, Brett spent six years in leadership roles at middle market companies as a General Manager, CFO, or leading Business Development; and has over seventeen years of experience in banking including Sales, Workout, Debt Placement, and leading Commercial Banking teams. Brett graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of NEFA and ELFA. Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching, boating and eFoiling the Minnesota lakes, and is a sauna enthusiast.
